This homeowner had custom welded window frames made for his home and was looking to have a contractor dig window wells, cut the concrete and install his custom welded frames and windows along with an aluminum window well. This homeowner was hoping to look at something more asthetic than the standard window well from her basement. We replaced four windows for her, one of which was for a much larger window then before. Repointing

This homeowner’s steps had fallen victim to age and weather causing the mortar to become brittle and fall apart leaving her with a not so safe side entrance. 

Our team removed the metal railing and the mortar from the old bricks. We replaced the old martar with new mortar, filled a large crack in her concrete and installed new viynl railing to ensure she had a safe set of steps.

Stone Repoint 

These beautiful steps were designed to be handi-cap friendly. While code for steps is 7 inch rise and 11 inch run, this home owner wanted something more mobility friendly. This homeowner needed an ADA ramp as soon as possible in order to be released from the hospital. Our Team started work within 8 days, and within 2 days this ramp was wheel chair or walker ready. Our team puts extra care into developing these ramps to ensure they allow for a smooth transition back into your house. We would like our ramps to feel as effortless as possible. Deck Refurbishment 

This crawl space previously was vintage brick with a crumbling concrete floor. Our team used stucco to stabalize the brick and fill any holes in the existing mortar. This homeowner was struggling with a mystery leak causing a molded spot of drywall. Our team removed the mold damaged area and treated the area with a mold prevention treatment.
